After the Christmas and New Year festivities, the detox programme can be a good option to eliminate toxins, stimulate the immune system, and purify the body. A detoxifying body scrub and treatment and a draining or lymphatic massage make up this spa break, with prices starting at €185 per person.
To start the New Year with a new lease of life, the anti-stress programme is another option. It aims to provide relaxation through a relaxing body scrub, a hot stone, herbal pindas, or Satsanga Energy massage, and a luminous vitamin facial treatment. Prices per person start at €199.
The Satsanga spa breaks also include access to the water circuit on the days of the programme (dynamic and hydromassage pools, sauna, Turkish bath) and always end with a tea ritual.
Available at all Vila Galé hotels – except Vila Galé Douro Vineyards and Vila Galé Porto Ribeira – these breaks can last from two to five days. They are also suitable for groups and families.
