  1. The VILA GALÉ CLUB fidelity program is the property of the Vila Galé group and it is destined to benefit all those who regularly stay at the Vila Galé hotels.
  2. Registering the Vila Galé Card with your data in our system implies the acceptance of the conditions of our Club.
  3. The VILA GALÉ CLUB is destined only to individuals.
  4. After registering with the VILA GALÉ CLUB, a membership card proving the registration will be delivered, and it is personal and non-transferable.
  5. The benefits of the program are valid only for the member, respective spouse and children under 18 years of age.
  6. The member’s card expires automatically after 2 years, if within that period there are no records of any consumption in any of the group’s units.
  7. The card remains the property of Vila Galé and may be taken back at any time in case of its undue use.
  8. Members of the VILA GALÉ CLUB should expressly mention their membership number when making a reservation.
  9. The payment for the stay must be done at the check-in, except for periods of the year and campaigns that require prepayment.
  10. The advantages conceded to members of the VILA GALÉ CLUB are not accumulative together with other offers, promotions or special programs.
  11. Membership of the VILA GALÉ CLUB entails the collection and processing of the following personal data: full name, gender, date of birth, country of origin, identification document, telephone number, and e-mail address.
  12. The data subject is responsible for keeping these details up to date at all times, and membership may be suspended if they are out of date.
  13. In order to ensure that members receive the programme’s specific promotions and benefits, the use of the VILA GALÉ CLUB implies the data subject’s consent to the use of their contact details (e-mail and telephone) for communications by Vila Galé regarding Vila Galé products and services or those of partners with whom it has an agreement. Withdrawing consent to receive communications results in the termination of the card and the associated benefits.
  14. The current conditions may be altered at any time by Vila Galé, without the necessity for any previous communication. Vila Galé will always maintain the program conditions in force displayed on the website (www.vilagale.com).
