Social Responsibility Award

Solidarity Wave – Projects that transform communities!
Vila Galé is launching a competition that aims to recognize, value and support initiatives with a positive social impact in Portugal.
Applications are open to companies, institutions, associations, foundations and other entities developing projects in the areas of social inclusion and poverty reduction, education and training, health and wellbeing, environmental sustainability with social impact, and culture and heritage with community impact.

Applications can be submitted online until September 6th, followed by a technical screening phase, jury evaluation and selection of winners.
The award ceremony will take place on October 15th, at an institutional event at CCB, bringing together social responsibility and culture, culminating in a concert by the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra.

The projects will be evaluated according to criteria such as:

  • social impact
  • innovation
  • sustainability
  • execution capacity
  • scalability
  • alignment with Vila Galé’s values

The award will recognize three winning projects with monetary support of:

1st Prize – €20,000
2nd Prize – €10,000
3rd Prize – €5,000

With Onda Solidária, Vila Galé reinforces its commitment to social sustainability, inclusion, community and the recognition of projects that contribute to a fairer, more participatory and supportive society, and helps ensure that this type of project and initiative with impact on communities can grow, inspire and reach further.
