METHOD OF PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Mix the ingredients until they form a homogeneous paste.
The exfoliant should be applied to wet skin, making gentle circular movements. Rinse with warm or cold water, never too hot. Remember that the skin will become slightly more sensitive, which can cause dryness and irritation. Therefore, after exfoliating, you should apply a moisturizing cream. You will feel the difference!
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN?
It is recommended that you exfoliate at intervals of at least one week. However, there is no fixed rule. The frequency of exfoliation depends on the type of skin and the exfoliant you use. The more abrasive the exfoliation, the less frequent it should be done.
CARE AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
Exfoliation is contraindicated in cases of atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema and other pathological changes and skin lesions. In addition, the process should never be combined with treatments that weaken the skin, such as chemical peeling, laser, and acid use, because of the risk of physical trauma, appearance of wounds and blemishes.
You should not exfoliate your skin after hair removal and, in case of sunburn, it is only recommended after the reddish tone has completely disappeared.
Pamper your skin; after all, it is the largest and one of the most important organs in your body!
