Value

The voucher validity expires after one year from the date stated on it and in compliance with the hotels usage calendar;
The voucher bearer will be considered to be its owner;
Vila Galé cannot be held accountable for any possible misuse of the voucher, therefore its loss implies the loss of its value;
After the validity period ends, the voucher will be automatically cancelled;
The use of the voucher is subject to previous reservation and to the availability of the requested hotel;
The reservations must be made to the Vila Galé Reservations Call Centre by calling the telephone number (+55) 71 4040 4999 or sending an e-mail to brasil.reservas@vilagale.com;
In case of the voucher face value exceeds the amount of stay or meal, there will not be any reimbursement or credit of the remaining value;
You must present the voucher at check-in, restaurant or bar.
