Served from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., the experience features a selection of fresh seafood and dishes prepared with carefully selected ingredients, offering an alternative for those looking to discover new flavours at the weekend.

The menu includes options ranging from starters to main courses. Highlights include shrimp salad, fresh oysters served in natura, and squid stew prepared with aromatic herbs. The buffet also includes roasted cod loin, whole oven-baked salmon, seafood rice and much more.

According to Clodoaldo Ramos, Executive Chef of Vila Galé in Brazil, the aim is to offer an experience that moves away from the traditional, showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic flavours of the sea — both for those who appreciate the classics and those looking to discover new combinations.

The Seafood Buffet is available for R$ 120 per person. The experience is open to both hotel guests and the general public, and no advance reservation is required.
