Vila Galé Fortaleza also features a pool bar and four restaurants: Versátil - the hotel's main restaurant, offering buffet service for breakfast and dinner. Guests and passers-by can enjoy their meal at the Cervejaria Portuguesa, which also serves delicacies, snacks, and drinks; Inevitável - Mediterranean-inspired cuisine; Massa Fina - artisan style pizzas.

Vila Galé Fortaleza has a large convention centre with two halls that can hold up to 800 people each, support rooms, and a complete structure for lunches, dinners, breakfasts, brunches, and other types of meals.
