June is here – and with it return the most magical nights of the Portuguese summer. The scent of sardines on the grill, manjericos heavy with verses, the soul-warming caldo verde: the Santos Populares have been everyone’s celebration for centuries.

And we bring that spirit into our hotels across Portugal and Spain. On the nights of Santo António, São João and São Pedro, guests and visitors are invited to gather at the table, raise a toast to life and take part in one of the most beloved traditions of Portuguese identity.
