Social Distancing

We have limited the occupancy rate of the hotel;
We have created a digital platform (MyVilaGalé) for check in and check out procedures, using the guests own mobile device;
A distance of 1,5/2 metres will be mantained between the guest and our team member, whenever possible;
We have reduced the maximum capacity in each lift, bars and restaurants, meeting rooms, swimming pools and sunbeds will be set apart. safeguarding necessary distance;
Cleaning of the rooms will have to be done compulsory without the guest in the room;
All meals will be organized by seatings with fixed times, the guest must reserve in advance at MyVilaGalé with choosen time and location;
The table and chairs will be hygiened between usages and gloves and alcohol gel to help customers;;
We have trays with disposable gloves, alcohol gel and an information flyer available at the entrance of the restaurants and buffet approach areas (their use is mandatory for serving yourself at the buffet);*
The gymnasium and Spas will be subject to advance reservation and the capacity will be limited. The equipment will be hygiened between usages;*
The Kids Club & Games rooms will have a limited capacity. The activities will be done mainly in the exterior áreas of the hotel.
Nos Resorts no Brasil as atividades infantis realizam-se entre as 10h00 e as 17h30 porém sem responsabilização dos monitores. Toda a criança pode participar nas atividades desde que tenha autonomia para sair sozinha da atividade, ou caso contrário deverá ser acompanhada por responsável adulto.

Isolation Areas

Areas to isolate people that might be detected as possible or confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been created, with natural or mechanical ventilation, with easy cleaning materials, bathroom, stock of cleaning products, protective masks and disposable gloves, thermometers, containers and bags for waist, bags for laundry, kit with water and non-perishable foods.
A team member will be in charge of actioning of procedures in case of suspicion of infection, taking the person with simptoms to the isolation área, providing assistance and contacting the national health service.
Following the suggestions of the national health service (DGS), we will proceed with the decontamination of the isolation area if the case is proven positive, as well as reinforce cleaning and hygiene if there are suspicious cases.
The storage of any waste produced by suspected or confirmed cases will be done in plastic bags, that after being properly closed will be sent to a licensed operator dealing with hospital waste.
