Isaltino Morais launches the initiative at Vila Galé Ópera
With contagious energy, Isaltino Morais brought more than recipes into the kitchen: he brought stories, good humor, and plenty of smiles, extending from the kitchen to the table. Through relaxed conversations and shared memories, a warm and genuine atmosphere was created, where the guest’s positive energy was felt in every dish and every moment of the evening.
For this first edition, an exclusive menu was created based on the special guest’s personal experiences, starting with Alheira à Transmontana, followed by Feijoca à Lisboeta, and ending with a surprise dessert, revealed only during the evening.
To accompany the meal, a special wine selection was curated to elevate each moment of the dinner: Santa Vitória Reserva and Val Moreira Colheita, bringing balance, character, and identity to the experience.
