The quality policy of the Vila Galé Group is based on respect for people and the environment, seeking continuous improvement and aiming to achieve a level of competitive quality that requires continuous improvement of processes, products and services to meet the expectations of the various stakeholders.
The Vila Galé For All Project was born following the Vila Galé Group’s will to take a leading role in the development of solutions to provide high quality stays to tourists with special needs.
The motivation to carry out this project is anchored in a strong culture of social responsibility that the Vila Galé Group has been developing since its foundation, and in the understanding that business success depends largely on the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of tourism demand that is constantly changing.
Vila Galé For All will have a gradual implementation divided into several phases. In the first phase, we have identified a set of priority interventions to be carried out in 3 hotels: Vila Galé Ópera in Lisbon, with 7 rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility, Vila Galé Porto and Vila Galé Ampalius, each with 5 rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
In a second phase, we foresee the gradual implementation of interventions to improve the conditions of accessibility and inclusive service in the remaining hotels in Portugal.
In partnership with Accessible Portugal, we already have information about the accessibility and inclusive service conditions, which exist in 12 Vila Galé hotels, through TUR4all technical visits.
