One of the main causes of premature aging is in free radicals, the molecules responsible for oxidizing our skin, the ones that take minutes from life of our organism and that are present in industrial contamination, in tobacco, in radiation, in pesticides among many other things .
To decrease aging, we must adopt a healthy diet, including the following foods in our daily diet: red fruits (pomegranate, blueberries, raspberries…) grapes, spinach, kale, broccoli, salmon, nuts, seeds, turmeric, avocado, mushrooms, seaweed, green tea, extra virgin olive oil, cocoa and maca (root).
It is very important to eat at least 2 to 4 of these foods a day and remember that it is also extremely important to stay hydrated.
