Vítor Sobral Wines are already available in all of the Chef's restaurants
Chef Vítor Sobral is the greatest reference in national gastronomy. Known for his unique way of interpreting and modernizing traditional Portuguese dishes, he is a master at preserving seasonings and flavours that are typically ours. Having followed a path of excellence, he currently has his own restaurants, where Portugal is served at the table with a generous dose of innovation and inspiration.
It was with the purpose of bringing the best wine to the table as well, that Santa Vitória challenged Vítor Sobral to create a sub-brand under his name, with wines that are guaranteed to be the right pair for the dishes presented by the Chef.
“Whenever I taste a wine, my concern is what I will pair it with. Regardless of the grape variety or the wine's notes, as a cook, I cherish the added value it can bring to the table. It was with this premise that I embraced Casa Santa Vitória in these wines”, said Vítor Sobral.

Thus, Vítor Sobral White and Red wines, produced at the Santa Vitória estate in Alentejo, are now available in all of the Chef's restaurants.
