The 20 hotels of Vila Galé in Portugal now have a gluten-free breakfast, suitable for their celiac clients, at no extra cost.
This breakfast option includes different types of bread, cereals and pastry gluten-free, dairy and juice. It follows the recommendations of the Portuguese Celiac Association.
"With this initiative, we want to enhance the trust of our guests, who have special nutritional needs, assuring that we have taken all the necessary care in the selection, elaboration and confection of the foods that compose breakfast, without risk of cross-contamination", explains the Corporate Food and Beverage Manager of Vila Galé, Miguel Santos.
"Ensuring safety and health of celiac guests, it’s a question of providing better service, even because there aren’t, yet, many hotels in Portugal with an offer intended for this clients," says in addition.
