Discover the gastronomic initiative aimed at showcasing the typical dishes of the different destinations where the group is present
With properties in Portugal, Spain, Cuba and in nine Brazilian states, Vila Galé once again pays tribute to the destinations where it operates through a delicious gastronomic campaign. Named “12 months, 12 dishes, 12 destinations”, the initiative takes place in the restaurants of the hotels Vila Galé Collection Sunset Cumbuco, Collection Amazônia, Collection Ouro Preto, Paulista, Fortaleza, Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, all of which are also open to the public.
Each month, a new dish becomes part of the menu of the participating units, promoting a connection between gastronomy, culture and local identity. The recipes were developed by the group’s executive chef in Brazil, Clodoaldo Ramos, with a focus on highlighting the ingredients, techniques and traditions of each destination.
“Gastronomy is a key differentiator for Vila Galé, and the choice of dishes was designed to connect guests with all the destinations where the group is present. This campaign allows us to explore ingredients, techniques and recipes that reflect the identity of each place, further enriching the restaurant menus and offering a different experience every month,” highlights Clodoaldo.
The dishes are part of the restaurants’ regular menu and are offered at the price of R$ 80 + 10% service charge, with no prior reservation required.
