- Tasting of 5 wines (Seleção Branco (white), Rosé and Tinto (red)), with regional Alentejo appetizers, cheese and smoked sausages
- Lunch at the hotel restaurant (menu consisting of starter, main course and dessert)

Olive Harvesting

- Departure to the countryside to visit the olive fields and participate in the olive harvest
- Visit inside the olive press for the technical explanation of the process
- Lunch at Versátil restaurant with a menu of Alentejo gastronomy influenced by olive oil
- 1 olive preserve and 1 bottle of olive oiloffered to each participantat the end of the tasting

Discovering mushrooms

- Discovering Mushrooms (2h):
- Walk through the forest to identify mushrooms
- Dinner with a mushroom-based menu:
- Torricado (grilled rustic bread) with Serra da Estrela cheese and smoked ham with sautéed wild mushrooms;
- Wild mushroom risotto;
- Mushroom and caramel flan;
