This area is designed for children aged 4 to 12 years
Vila Galé Eco Resort de Angra has opened yet another themed area for children, “Nep’s Workshop”. “Nep” is a character inspired by Neptune, the King of the Seas, a wise man who has knowledge about all the world's issues. He leads “Nep Island” and the whole troupe of Vila Galé mascots. The Workshop aims to stimulate creativity and to develop concentration, motor coordination, sensory and cognitive development, and socialization among 4 to 12 year-old children, through playful and fun activities.
“In addition to the usual workshops we already offered, we have gained a suitable structure to develop activities with clay modelling, painting and textile manipulation, broadening and enriching the experience of our junior guests”, says André Gamelas, Entertainment Coordinator of Vila Galé in Brazil.
The workshop is open every day, from 3 pm to 4 pm, always under the care provided by the hygiene and safety protocols, and with the guidance and supervision of the resort’s sports and leisure team. Among the available options are Clay and Kite Workshops, the old and classic Cup-and-ball and also Canvas Painting, among other activities.
Until then, the hotel already had a “Nep Club”, an area that is available for children from 4 to 12 years old, in 14 Vila Galé units in Portugal - Ericeira, Sintra, Clube de Campo, Collection Douro, Collection Braga, Albacora, Tavira, Marina, Ampalius, Cerro Alagoa, Atlântico, Lagos, Náutico and Santa Cruz, and in six hotels in Brazil: Fortaleza, Touros, Marés, Eco Resort do Cabo and Eco Resort de Angra, and Cumbuco.
