In 2020 there will always be good reasons to toast! Get to know our Santa Vitória sparkling wine.
In the 2017 harvest, we selected Alfrocheiro and Arinto grapes to prepare a different wine to be the base of our sparkling wine.
In July 2018, the harvesting was made following the classical method and it aged on its own lees in the bottle until November 2019, which was the date of disgorging. Due to the absence of added sugar, it is called a Bruit Nature.
This whole process and deep dedication by the entire Santa Vitória team made the result present as a discreet aroma wine with balanced palate, where you feel a slight creaminess and perfect and persistent bubbles.
We believe that toasting this year will be even more special with our sparkling wine.
