Vila Galé is offering a green and healthy menu!
Green, healthy and environmentally friendly. Vila Galé’s new Green & Fresh menu aims to strengthen the healthy food options available, taking into account the growing concerns with the products’ sustainability, freshness and quality.
Among other dishes, this menu includes aubergine stroganoff, wild mushroom risotto or whole soy spaghetti, as well as other detox, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten and lactose-free options.
You can already find this menu in Vila Galé Collection Braga, Serra da Estrela, Sintra, Cascais, Ópera (Lisboa), Collection Alter Real, Collection Elvas, Lagos, Santa Cruz (Madeira), and soon in more hotels of the group.
