The buffet includes traditional Cuban delicacies such as Potaje de frijoles colorados, Ajiaco, Tostones rellenos, Tostada de tono, Tostada de queso y membrillo, and main dishes such as Ropa Vieja, Picadillo Cubano, Lechón Cubano, Enchilado de Pescado, Masitas de Puerco, and Bistec de palomilla.
To sweeten the palate, the desserts include Arroz con leche, Tonecillo del cielo, Boniatillo, Natilla, and Coquitos cubanos.
