The distinctive flavours of the Azores bring family and friends together at the table on Saturday and Sunday lunches.
This buffet is served every Friday between 7.30 pm and 10.30 pm at the Versátil restaurant in the Vila Galé Collection S. Miguel hotel. It usually consists of dishes such as: fried horse mackerel with vilão sauce (sauce made from chilli peppers, white wine, and tomato pulp), feijoada (bean stew), rump steak, Terceira Island style, and the typical stew. For dessert, the traditional pineapple. All these dishes are alternated every Friday.
