This new venue is intended for events and for hotel guests
Lisbon has a new rooftop! Located at the top of the Vila Galé Ópera hotel, in Alcântara, the recently introduced venue by the Vila Galé group was specially designed to hold business meetings, family parties or more intimate outdoor events, such as sunset or cocktail parties.
With around 150m2 of usable space, the new rooftop has a capacity for around 80 people and can be adapted according to the needs of the clients who want to hold their events there. It also has a privileged view over the Tagus River and the city, and features two swimming pools, which are also available for hotel guests during the summer.
“This rooftop complements our portfolio of venues for events in the Lisbon region. Besides the usual meeting rooms, Vila Galé's offer already includes the gardens at Vila Galé Collection Palácio dos Arcos, in Paço de Arcos, and Vila Galé Sintra, or the panoramic balcony by the sea at Vila Galé Ericeira, for instance. Now, we have added another differentiating spot”, explains the Vila Galé group’s Administrator, Gonçalo Rebelo de Almeida.
In addition to the new rooftop, Vila Galé Ópera has five more event rooms, all with natural light, which can be combined to welcome up to 300 people. It also has 259 rooms, a spa with indoor pool, free wi-fi in all areas, restaurant, bar, parking garage and a charging station for electric vehicles.
