Vila Galé’s best kept secret has been revealed
The group launched a new restaurant concept, in which artisanal pizzas will be the main course. Named Massa Fina, the first restaurant opened next to the Vila Galé Estoril hotel, very close to the casino and the coastline road, the second restaurant opened at the Vila Galé Collection Praia hotel.
Vínica (Bolognese, peppers, reduction of Santa Vitória wine, mozzarella), no Caco (flat bread bolo do caco with tomato sauce, mushrooms, aubergine, onion, mozzarella), Calzone Sensação (tomato sauce, spicy salami, ham, egg , mozzarella) or Massa Fina (tomato sauce, bacon, caramelized onions, mozzarella) are some of the exclusive pizzas created by the Vila Galé executive chef, Francisco Ferreira. The menu also includes bruschettas, salads, pastas, risottos and sandwiches.
Come and discover this new space and indulge in our Italian-inspired delicacies. If you prefer something sweeter, we suggest the Nutella and banana pizza or sundaes of various flavors - like the Massa Fina, with three scoops of strawberry ice cream, walnuts, reduction of balsamic vinegar, whipped cream and strawberries; the Sundae Lisboa, with mango sorbet, caramelized pineapple, basil topping and whipped cream; or the Sundae Cascais, of chocolate flavor, caramelized red fruits topping, almonds and whipped cream.
The new spaces are open from 12:30 to 11 p.m. and are prepared to host group lunches and dinners.
