Using state of the art technology B-guest is an application that reflects the care that the Vila Gale has with its guests allowing them to know all the services available at the hotel and giving them the possibility to request one directly from their smartphone. There are multiple examples of situations in which the B-guest makes life easier for guests, making use of your smartphone guests can now place orders for room service, book a table in the restaurant, make an appointment for a massage, call a taxi, order laundry services, ask for extra towels, investigate the possibility of a late check-out or even buy Santa Victoria wine or olive oil produced in the properties of Vila Gale Group. From the moment in which it is performed, the request is immediately sent to the specific department, its management is done by a backoffice specially created and the guest is put up to speed regarding the situation of his request. The B-Guest arises to meet the needs of a generation of increasingly demanding customers, who want to have control over how they relate to the hotel.
