Group reaches turnover of €321.5 million, with Portugal and Spain accounting for 60% of total revenues; Brazil stands out for strong growth in volume and profitability

The Group closed 2025 with consolidated turnover of €321.5 million, confirming the solidity of its growth model and its ability to execute in a demanding context. Portugal and Spain generated €193.5 million, representing around 60% of total revenues, while Brazil—where the group continues to grow significantly—once again stood out for its contribution to group profitability, with a 23% increase compared to 2024, increasingly approaching the weight of the Iberian operation, despite having a smaller number of units.
From an operational perspective, throughout 2025 the group recorded a total of 1.9 million occupied rooms and 1.25 million guests, representing overall growth of 5% and 4%, respectively.
Portugal and Spain accounted for 1,154,500 occupied rooms, an increase of 1% compared to 2024, while Brazil recorded 743,000 occupied rooms, a significant increase of 12%. These figures correspond to an average occupancy rate of 56% in Portugal and Spain and 50% in Brazil, reflecting the group’s ability to maintain a robust operation aligned with market needs.
Consolidated EBITDA reached €127 million, of which €81 million correspond to the Iberian Peninsula and R$293 million to the Brazilian operation, highlighting the consistency of the company’s performance.
