New combinations bring flavours from around the world to one of the best beach bars in Fortaleza
Vila Galé Café, the beach bar of Vila Galé Fortaleza located at the Praia do Futuro beach, is now offering a menu with several Gin and Tonic combinations to taste.
One of the menu highlights is Torquay Pink Gin, the first 100% national Pink Gin. It was created from the already awarded London Dry Gin, elected the second best national gin by the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo. This Gin brings a strawberry and mint infusion that expresses the power of its flavour, light and very refreshing.
We also suggest the “Silver Seager”' Gin, the only Brazilian Gin that has been in the market for more than 80 years. It is the only one industrially made, but that does not interfere with its quality. It is of the London Gin type, known as Dry. It has an excellent aromatic balance.
Vila Galé Café is open every day, including holidays, from 10 am to 5 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, it closes at 6 pm. The bar, besides having an exclusive security system and a privileged location, also offers parking for clients. There is also a “kids menu” available for families.
