Cervejaria Portuguesa brought the Mediterranean snack bar concept to the Vila Galé Fortaleza hotel. This new restaurant, open to both guests and the general public, opened in November, as part of the celebration of 20 years of Vila Galé in Brazil.
In Cervejaria Portuguesa, set up as a beach café overlooking the shore, clients can not only taste their favourite beers, but also enjoy a varied menu of fish and seafood dishes, in the most traditional Mediterranean snack style. One of the starter options is the famous Sautéed Shrimps in olive oil, garlic and chili. Among the main courses, the standout dishes are Lagareiro-style roasted Octopus with roasted potatoes and onions, Seafood rice, Sirloin steak with cream sauce and French fries, the classic Bitoque (traditional Portuguese lean steak) with rice, fries and fried egg, and Lobster with butter sauce and Piemontese rice. - Sunday to Wednesday - 10 am to 4 pm
- Thursday to Saturday - 10 am to 10 pm
