EXPANDING THE VALIDITY OF YOUR VOUCHER

You can now use your gift voucher for another year.

For that purpose, all you need to do is to contact the marketing department via the e-mail marketing@vilagale.com or phone (+351) 217 907 600.

Renewal fee

This voucher will be valid for another year as of the date of expiry and according to the hotels’ booking calendar;
The voucher can only be renewed/extended once;
The voucher bearer will be considered to be its owner;
At the end of the extended validity period, the voucher will be automatically canceled;
The use of the voucher is subject to previous reservation and to the availability of the requested hotel;
The reservations must be made to the Vila Galé Reservations Call Centre by calling the telephone number 217 907 610 or sending an e-mail to reservas@vilagale.com;
The placement of extra beds, cradles or upgrading to superior rooms is subject to an additional payment of the additions calculated based on the “Internet Rate” established in the Vila Galé website (www.vilagale.com);
The aforementioned supplements must be paid in the hotel at check-out;
You must present the voucher at check-in.
