• 1st Step - As usual, make your reservation on our website at www.vilagale.pt and keep the reservation number;
• 2nd Step - Fill out the Best Price Guarantee form available only after being certain that the price you have found is indeed better because we will only consider the first form sent, indicating the number of the reservation made on our website, as well as the price and website address where you found the lower price;
• 3rd Step - After validating your form, you will be informed of the new reservation value, which will be 5% below the best price found.

• Before submitting the form the customer must already have a reservation at the Vila Galé website at www.vilagale.pt with the best available rate for the same hotel and dates.
• The lower price found must be available for reservation in booking another online website, in real time and with the same booking and payment conditions as in our website www.vilagale.com, meaning that the price in question should apply to the same: hotel, lodging arrangements, number of people, number of bedrooms and typology; must be for the same dates, same currency and the same cancellation policies and payment conditions.
• According to the above, the Best Price Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
• To o prepaid reservations.
• When there are errors in the prices available in other sites;
• In non-public price, such as, promotions and preferred or exclusive negotiated rates for businesses;
• website that only disclose the hotel brand after completing the reservation, such as Priceline.com and Hotwire.com's, as well as other websites whose functioning is similar.
• When the client is a carrier of any vouchers;
• And also, if the difference between prices are only in decimal values.
• Only available for direct clients and not for travel agencies/tour operators.
• Your Best Price Guarantee form must be submitted within 24 hours from the date in which you made your reservation on our website www.vilagale.com and should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
