The menu reflects the diversity and sophistication of Lisbon's cuisine
The chefs will be in charge of preparing an exclusive buffet, with fresh ingredients, enveloping aromas and impeccable presentation, which reflect the diversity and sophistication of Lisbon's cuisine, famous for its traditional recipes.
“On the menu, participants will be able to taste Portuguese dishes prepared in the traditional way, as if they were in Lisbon. Among the highlights are Lisbon-style Codfish and Pork Escalopes with Cream sauce. For dessert, the pastel de nata (custard tart) represents our capital very well”, explains Chef Francisco Ferreira.
The buffet, which can be eaten as you please, costs R$90 per person + 10% service charge and includes a starter, main courses, and dessert. Drinks are not included. You can see the menu here.
In addition to the rich cuisine, the event will take place in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere, with presentations reminiscent of Portuguese traditions.
