Vila Galé launched the B-guest application in its 20 hotels in Portugal, allowing guests to know the services that are available at the hotel and to have access to all the amenities... on the palm of their hands.
With just a few clicks on this smartphone application, you can order room service, book a restaurant table, schedule a massage at the spa, order laundry services, or ask for more towels. But you can also call a taxi and even buy wine and olive oil produced by Santa Vitória, a part of the Vila Galé Group.
B-guest, which is part of a pilot project that took place in Vila Galé Ópera, is available for iOS and Android operating systems, free of charge.
This is how the app works: the guest makes a request and it is forwarded to the proper department to execute it. At the same time, the app receives information about the status of your request.
