Vila Galé Rio de Janeiro and Estação Primeira de Mangueira announce the traditional pre-Carnival feijoada on February 22. To bring a bit of Sapucaí inside the hotel, the program includes performances by the samba school's drumline and a VIP appearance by drum queen Evelyn Bastos, along with other surprises being prepared. Tickets can be purchased through the Sympla website.
Tickets cost R$ 250 per person in the first batch and include a full buffet of delicious feijoada, side dishes, salads, and desserts, available from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Drinks are not included. The traditional Brazilian dish will be prepared at the Versátil restaurant inside the hotel, led by Chef Rafael Palma.
“For the ninth year, we are partnering with Mangueira to combine culture, gastronomy, and lots of fun in a safe, comfortable, and charming environment. This event has become a tradition and welcomes a very lively crowd,” says the hotel manager, Fernando Freitas.
Another novelty is that during the event, gifts will be distributed, and raffles for drinks and stays at Vila Galé Rio de Janeiro will be held.
The ravers who want to enhance their experience can book a stay starting at 3x R$ 210 for a double room with breakfast included.
