Vila Galé won the Best Hotel Chain award at the Publituris Portugal Travel Awards 2023, a Publituris’ initiative, which is a specialized tourism newspaper that distinguishes what is done best in this sector in Portugal.
The prize was handed on July 4, at the ceremony at the Pestana Douro Riverside Hotel in Porto.
The 19th edition of the awards, organized annually by the newspaper Publituris, had 177 nominees who competed in a total of 22 categories and the "Belmiro Santos" Award was also presented.
This is the ninth time the Vila Galé group has received this distinction at the Publituris Portugal Travel Awards, as it has already won in 2006, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2023 - and now, in 2024.
