Payment (Portugal):

100% payment at the time of booking, non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, the paid amount will be credited and can be used until a date to be defined.

In Portugal: Campaign valid for bookings from November 29 to December 2 for stays between November 29 and March 31, 2025 (subject to hotel availability, with exceptions including dates for congresses/special events, New Year's Eve, and Carnival);
In Spain: Campaign valid for bookings from November 29 to December 2 for stays between February 28 and May 31, 2025 (except during Carnival and Easter);
In Brazil: Campaign valid for bookings from November 25 to December 2 in selected hotels and resorts of the group, for stays between March 6 and December 20, 2025, including national holidays.
