Vila Galé is partnering with Almargem to set up a vegetarian cuisine workshop on the 11th of September at Vila Galé Albacora.

With the aim of promoting awareness on the benefits of vegetarian gastronomy and sharing practical recipes for a healthier diet, Vila Galé Albacora will be making its facilities available to promote leisure and learning.  
The dishes will be prepared for a participant luncheon, which will be open both to those who already appreciate vegetarian cooking and to those who are seeking new modes of gastronomic expression.

The price will be 35€ for members of the association and students, and 40€ for non-members. Participants will also receive a certificate of participation and a recipe book with tips so that they can take with them some of the secrets of this ancient style of cooking.
